Our Business Philosophy
I have been a Photographer since 1985 and my basic philosophy
while shooting is to never miss a moment.
I started my career with Olan Mills in Cincinnati, Ohio.
During my time with Olan Mills as a Photographic Instructor I had taken a family portrait while training a young man. I had
insisted on taking a shots of the children, which was part of the session. The family just wanted the family shots, but I
talked them into allowing pictures of the children.
I received a phone call the following day from the Mother
that the youngest child (an infant) had died of crib death. That portrait still hangs in the home of that family.
I would rather over shoot than to miss a moment
I may otherwise never get back. Throughout the years I have had many situations like that one.
My Philosophy is to communicate with my customer what
they want from their session so that I can produce an image they have in their mind.
